Girard KS-A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near schools in Girard and McCune Kansas. The vehicle is said to be a silver mini van with California tags. The suspect is said to be taking photos of the children in public. The suspect is a white male in his 50's with salt and pepper hair and a beard and mustache.
The police have questioned the suspect though no crime has been committed. The police are warning parents to be careful with their children especially with Halloween coming up. They are telling parents to watch their children.
This story is very wrong in many ways. How can the police say that no crime has been committed. Well what about these children that he has photographed isn't there something wrong with that they are minors.. That is just sick that they would not hold him on some charge.
That is the most terrifying thing I have heard of in a lot of years. That they have to know this sick pervert is trying to find a child to prey on. If someone where to do that to my child they had better hope that the police would keep them or they had better run like hell.
