Los Angeles CA- The man accused of stalking ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is said to plead guilty. Michael David Barrett 48, is accused of reportedly taping Erin while nude through hotel peepholes and posting them online. He is accused of making seven videos and posting them.
Barrett's attorney has released a statement saying that his client is sorry for what he has done and for the embarrassment that he has caused her. Barrett was arrested in Illinois, but will be taken back to federal court in Los Angeles. He is charged with interstate stalking and could face up to five years in prison.
This is scary. I mean I have never thought twice about a hotel peephole. I mean who has ever stopped to think about a peephole. I was shocked that someone would go through such a huge thing just to post someone nude online. I guess I just don't get the excitement.
This man is a truly sick person and I think that five years is not enough. I think that he should get a lot more than five years. It should be more like fifty. I mean look at everything this women has to go through. I mean just because he has been caught doesn't mean that this is over for her. She will have to live with what he has done to her for a long time.

Duggars Give Birth to 19th Child Three Mopnths Pemature
Arkansas- The Duggers of the hit reality show 18 Kids and Counting, gave birth to their 19th child Thursday night by emergency C-Section. The 19th child was not due until March 18, 2010. It was reported that they had a little girl. She is reportedly in the neonatal intensive care unit at an Arkansas hospital.
It is said the Michelle is doing well. The baby weighed in at 1 pound, 6 ounces. The Duggars now have 19 kids and one grandchild. Josh Duggar and his wife Anna have a little girl named Mackynzie Renee Duggar.
When I see this family I have a million thoughts that go through my head the first being how could anyone have 18 kids. That is a lot. I have four and they get hard to mind sometimes. I couldn't imagine having 18. Then I think that is was love and life are all about. I have seen their show and they have a loving family. I know that some of the things that they do are probably for T.V. but I truly think that this family is probably almost always like this.
I would like to meet this family. I think they are a true inspiration to a lot of people in this world. I think that there are a lot of people out there that would benefit from this family. They are so close to each other. It is amazing.

Casey Anthony's Lawyer Argues Against The Death Penalty
Orange County, FL-Casey Anthony's lawyer is fighting against the death penalty. Her attorney is saying that because of the undetermined death of two year old Caylee prosecutors should not be allowed to use the death penalty. Caylee's body was found a year ago in a swampy vacant lot, her body was partially burned and she had duct tape over her mouth and nose.

Teen Vanishes During Hurricane Andrew
Tupelo Mississippi-Leigh Occhi 13, vanished from her home in Mississippi on August 27, 1992. That morning her and her mom had breakfast and then her mom, Vicki Felton left for work. Hurricane Andrew was still in the gulf but it was getting closer and was raining. Leigh's grandmother was going to pick her up to take her to her school for an open house that morning. On her way to work, Vicki heard about a hurricane warning that was broadcast. She then got worried and tried to call home. Leigh never answered the phone. Vicki got worried and within minutes of arriving at work left and went home to check on her daughter.
When Vicki arrived home she noticed the garage door open and the light on. She went inside and found blood on the floor she called for Leigh but got no response. She went to Leigh's room found a pile of clothes and immediately called the cops. They found blood in a lot of places in the house. They brought out bloodhounds but they couldn't get a good scent. They had to postpone using the helicopter until the hurricane passed. About one month after Leigh's disappearance her step dad received a package in the mail from Boonesville, Mississippi. it contained Leigh's glasses. They have not gotten any evidence as to the whereabouts of Leigh.
When I read this story I was shocked that this happened. Leigh was only home alone for less than an hour. Then I thought well her mom failed the lie detector more than once so she could have done something. But the police are saying that she is not a suspect. Then of course there is her step dad but they say that he was cleared. So then When I read that about the package, I now think that her step dad made someone mad and they are getting there revenge with his stepdaughter.
This is very tragic. I hope that they can find this young girl. With any hope that she might still be alive. I hope that they can at least find her and put her to rest so that her family may have a chance of moving forward without having this on their minds as to the whereabouts of their child. An Italian court has found Amanda Knox and her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito guilty in the stabbing death of the British exchange student Meredith Kercher. Amanda received 26 years in prison and her boyfriend received 25 years in prison. Both were convicted on all charges except theft, and both were ordered to pay 5 million euros (7.5 million American) to the victims family.
Knox must also pay $60,000 to the man she falsely accused of the murder. Amanda sobbed while the judge read the verdict. Hardly any of the eight jurors looked at her while the verdict was read. The Knox family is saying that Amanda is innocent and that they had no real evidence against Amanda.
I find this story very fascinating because of the fact that this is happening in another country. It is hard to understand there idea of DNA evidence. If they had found Amanda's DNA on a kitchen knife how do they know that it wasn't there before the murder? Amanda and Meredith were roommates, so therefore both of there DNA would be on the knifes that are in the house.

Cold Case: Toddlers Vanish From Park
New York-In 1989, two little boys vanished from the same New York park. The first was a little 2-year-old boy named Christopher Dansby. He disappeared in May 1989 on a Thursday at 7:00 pm. He disappeared from his grandmothers sight, and was never seen again. The second was a 19-month-old boy named Shane Walker. He disappeared in August on a Thursday at 5:00 pm. He and his mother was at the park and two little children came over to ask if he could play. Shane's mom let him go play with them, within a matter of minutes he was gone. He too has never been seen again.
The police say that there are eeiry similarities in the two cases. In both cases the last time the boys were seen they were playing with the same two children a boy and girl, who happen to be brother and sister. Shane's mom took the two children with her to the police department after she seen them coming through a hole in a fence back into the park. They were both questioned and let go. Shane's mom also says that she was distracted by a man talking to her and showing her scars. The police have said that he too had been questioned and let go.

Shaqulle O'Neal Pays For Little Girls Funeral
Fayetteville, North Carolina-Basketball player Shaquille O'Neal heard about Shanyina Davis' story, he then stated that he "wanted her to have a funeral as beautiful as she was." The director of the funeral parlor will not say how much the funeral cost, but has said that a child's funeral is around $4,500.
Shanyina was reported missing on November 10. They found her body on the roadside six-days later, about 30 miles from her Fayetteville, North Carolina. The police say that according to the autopsy reports she was raped and asphyxiated. The girls mother has since been arrested for human trafficking and other offences. The police believe that she was prostituting the child out.
When I read this story I felt my heart break. I could not believe that a mother would prostitute out her 5 year old. I hope that she never is allowed to have any child in her custody ever again. She doesn't deserve any.
I am glad that they have arrested the sick pervert that did this to her. I hope that he and the girls mother are put behind bars and never get out. I feel that this mother is just as responsible for the girls death as is the man who did this.
On a brighter note I think that it is a wonderful thing that Shaquille O'Neal has done for this little angel. He is truly one of a kind. Most people don't stop to think about how to help people who have been through a tragedy like this. He has truly set a good example for a lot of people out there.

Amanda Knox Tortured and Killed Roommate
Italy- Prosecutors in the trial of Amanda Knox gave their closing arguments. They are saying that Amanda tortured and killed her roommate Meredith Kercher. They said that two men held Kerchers arms down while Amanda toyed with the knife pressing it to her neck saying, "You think you are so perfect well now we are going to show you."
Reports say that Amanda looked drained while in court. Her step dad is defending her. One of the other men had decided for a fast trial and was found guilty of murder and attempted sexual assault in October 2008. The other man is still waiting on his trail.
I had seen stories about this before but never read them. This is the first one I read so I am shocked that I had never really heard of this before. I was even more shocked to learn that all this happened in 2007.
I hope that the Kercher family receives justice for their daughter. I think that this is a very sick story. I cannot believe this it sounds so absurd. I read stories like this a lot but it shocks me every time. My prayers are with these families.

Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Crashes Kills One
Dinwiddle County-One of Miley Cyruses tour buses crashed on I85 one person on board the bus was killed. Police are saying that speed and weather are not factors. The bus apparently ran off the left side of the highway hit an embankment and overturned. Police are not releasing the name of the person that was killed pending notification of the family.
Miley was not on the bus when the accident occurred. There were ten people on the bus at the time of the accident. Only one was killed and one other was taken to the hospital for injuries. Later in the morning two other buses was there to load the luggage from the passengers that were on board the bus. No one spoke to reporters.
When I seen this story I was shocked. My first thought was I hope Miley and her family are all fine. Then as I read the story I thought how selfish was I to just think of Miley and her family when there are others who work with her.

Burned Teen Set to Have Surgery
Fort Lauderdale, FL-The teen who was burned last month by five other teens is going to have skin graft surgery. The doctors are now saying that he is in guarded condition. He is no longer on the ventilator that was keeping him alive. He is also not as heavily sedated any more. He wakes up and will ask him mom, "Am I going to be okay?" She will reply and tell him that he is going to be okay. She has not told him what has happened to him.
Three of the five boys have pleaded not guilty in the charge of attempted murder. There attorneys are saying that they are going to fight and try to make it where they are tried as juveniles. They are trying to say that juvenile detention is more about rehabilitation. The other two boys one 13 and the other 14 are being tried and juveniles.
I did this story when it first came out. I still find it heart wrenching. I am very glad to know that he is slowly recovering from his injuries. But I am very troubled over the fact that these attorneys are saying that they need to be tried as juveniles. They had to know what would happen if you set a person on fire.

Dad in Balloon Boy Case Turns Himself In
Colorado-Authorities have filed charges against the parents of the little boy who was thought to be in the balloon. Richard Heene has been charged with one count of trying to influence a public servant. Mayumi Heene has been charged with one count false reporting to authorities. Richard turned himself in Thursday and was released on a $5,000 bond. Mayumi was not with him.
Attorneys for the pair have said that they are expecting them both to plead guilty this Friday in court. They had planned this hoax two weeks prior to the incident. They even got their children to lie. They did all this for their own publicity.
This story is sick. These children need to be taken away permanently. What kind of sick crap is this teaching your children to lie. That is exactly what I said it was crap!!! These two don't deserve their children.
You don't raise children with those type of morals. That is what is wrong with people these days. They all care about one thing themselves. They don't care how there kids are raised. Every Mothers Nightmare
Glendale, Arizona-Kerry Higuera has been through the biggest nightmare of any mother. When she was three months pregnant she noticed that she was bleeding and went to the emergency room thinking that she was having a miscarriage. They put her in a room and a short time later a nurse came in and said, "Kerry, I am here to take you down to CT." She followed the nurse thinking that the doctors knew what they were doing.
After the CT scan Kerry waited in her room thinking that she had a miscarriage. After awhile the emergency room doctor and administrator came into the room. She immediately started crying and asked if she had lost the baby? They told her and her husband that they had made a mistake that another women with the name of Kerry was supposed to get the CT not her. They did not know what the effects of the CT would do to her baby. Her baby is now 15-months-old. They are watching his development closely, so far nothing major has come up.
This story is why anytime you go to the doctor or hospital you should always be sure that they know who they are talking to. Say you birthday and full name so that you know that they have the right patient.
I work in a doctors office and it is very easy to get the wrong chart on a patient. We have a lot of patients with the same name first and last name. So we are constantly asking for peoples birthdays. Just to double check that we have the right chart. I hope that this will open peoples eyes to be more cautious about what they are doing. In the medical field you cannot make these kind of mistakes. You are dealing with human lives.

Pulaski County, Arkansas-The man accused of murdering Anne Presley in October 2008, has been sentenced to life without parole. A jury on Wednesday has found Curtis Vance guilty of capital murder, residential burglary, rape, and theft of property. The sentencing began directly after the jury revealed their verdict. His sentence was handed down to him Thursday after the jury listened to more testimony.
In October 2008, Anne Presley was found by her mother in her home badly beaten and unconscious. She died five days later in the hospital. DNA evidence has also tied Curtis Vance to another rape in Arkansas, that happened in April 2008.

Best Friends Shot 13 Times, Found In Ditch
Weleeka, OK-Taylor 13, and Skyla 11, were found on June 8, 2009 about a quarter of a mile from their homes. They were last seen at Taylor's house about 5:00 pm when they had left to go for a walk. Taylor's grandfather tried to call them to tell them to be back before dark and when Taylor didn't answer her phone he went looking for them. The 911 call came in about 5:41 pm by Taylor's grandmother saying that someone had shot her girls.
Taylor had been shot eight times and Skyla had been shot five times. They do not have any suspects in this case. There is over $30,000 in a reward for finding out who the killer is. Police have said that they believe that there was two killers. Because the girls were killed by two different guns. They are asking that anyone with any information contact them at 1-800-522-8017.
When I seen this story I was shocked that these two young girls were killed. They were just out walking and some crazy person goes and killers them both. There are questions that come to mind like, did they accidentally come upon someone committing another crime and they thought that they needed to kill them? But, it just seems so senseless.

Fort Lauderdale, FL- Sherry Jarvis publicly apologized Wednesday to Micheal Brewers family for her two sons and three other boys, who had set Micheal Brewer on fire. Micheal is said to be in a burn center in Miami on a ventilator. On October 12, the five boys had surrounded Micheal and started calling him a snitch. One of the boys then poured alcohol on Micheal while another boy sparked a lighter. Micheal was then aflame. His screams could be heard on the 911 call. Micheal ran about a hundred yards striped off his shirt and jumped into a pool.
Micheal is said to have burns over 65 percent of his body. He is on a ventilator. Doctors have said that right now he is fighting infections. Doctors spend four hours a day changing Micheal's bandages. Micheal is heavily sedated still so detectives are unable to here his story. Suspect Caught After Shooting Spree
Orlando, FL-About 11:00 am this morning police received a call about an active shooting at Reynolds Smith & Hills. Police arrived and searched the 16 story office building floor by floor. Police cordoned off the area and even closed I-4 which runs by the office building in search of the suspect. Police have said that six people were shot, one of those six was killed. The others are said to be in critical but stable condition.

Firefighter Tells How He Found Body of Toddler
Grundy Center Iowa- A firefighter testifies in court to finding the body of a 2-year-old boy whose throat had been cut. Sean the toddler's brother was also cut in the incident but survives. He told in a recorded interview that his mother did it to him. They had also found a first aid kit next to the toddler where his brother has tried to save him.
Their mother had went to a person house near the pond and wrote two notes. One with her husbands cell phone number and the other saying that a man had tried to kill her and her two boys. Prosecutes are saying that she had started making plans to kill her two boys two months prior.
This is sick. She needs to be shot for killing an innocent two year old baby. Then to try and kill and innocent 7-year-old. But little did she know that the oldest would live. Then even tell on her for what she had done.

Suspious Vehicle Seen Near Schools
Girard KS-A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near schools in Girard and McCune Kansas. The vehicle is said to be a silver mini van with California tags. The suspect is said to be taking photos of the children in public. The suspect is a white male in his 50's with salt and pepper hair and a beard and mustache.
The police have questioned the suspect though no crime has been committed. The police are warning parents to be careful with their children especially with Halloween coming up. They are telling parents to watch their children.
This story is very wrong in many ways. How can the police say that no crime has been committed. Well what about these children that he has photographed isn't there something wrong with that they are minors.. That is just sick that they would not hold him on some charge.

Iraqi Man Arrested for Running Down Daughter
Peoria GA- Faleh Hassen Almaleki 48-years-old has been arrested by US Marshall's for striking his 20-year-old daughter and her friend with his vehicle. He ran them down when they were walking through a parking lot. His daughter is said to have life threatening injuries and is still unresponsive. Her friend is said to be in serious condition but is stable.
He ran them down because he claims his daughter was becoming too "westernized." After running them down he fled to Mexico. He then tried to flee to Europe but was denied admission into the country. They put him onto a plane and sent him back to the states. Were he was captured by US Marshall's.

Girl Doesn't Know her Name or Family
New York- October 3rd police found what they believe to be a 14-17 year-old girl on the streets of Manhattan. She cannot recall her name, where she is from, or her family. She has stated that she just wants to know who she is. Police have yet to be able to find out how this young lady is.
They are asking anyone who may know her to please call them 1-800-577-TIPS. She was found outside of a convent, but the occupants of the convent have told police that she was not a resident there. The girl has a 2-to-4 inch scar in her lower left back. She was wearing green camouflage pants, black shirt and black sneakers when they found her.
This story is one of sadness. If I was her parent I would be out there trying to find her. How can no one recognize this young lady. She is one the news. Surely there has to be at least one person out there who knows her.
I hope that they are able to figure out her identity soon for her sake. This is so terrible that she cannot remember who she is. She will be in my prayers that she will soon find out who she is and can go home.

Police Comb Landfill for Clues
Georgia- Police are combing a landfill in Georgia looking for clues to the murder of 7-year-old Somer Thompson. She was found in the landfill earlier this week. Police have removed several items, but will not comment on them or the cause of the girls death.
Somer's siblings said that she had been in an argument that day at school with another little girl, and they were talking about it on the way home when Somer took off and they lost site of her in a group of children. She wasn't seen since then. Police have already interviewed all 90 registered sex offenders that live in a five mile radius of the girls home. Somer's memorial service will be Tuesday and open to the public. The graveside service will be private. They say there has been an enormous amount of people offering to help with the financial side of this.
When I read this story I felt my heart break for that precious little girl. How can people be so cruel as to take the life of a child and leave her body in a landfill. That is so heart wrenching. I cannot even fathom the pain that her parents are feeling. They will all be in a lot of families prayers including mine.
I hope that when they catch the pervert that did this to her they lock him away forever. I hope that they make him pay to the fullest extent of the law for what he has done to this little girl. He doesn't even deserve that much.

TLC Sueing Jon Gosslin
TLC and Discovery are supposedly suing Jon Gosselin for breach of contract. TLC is saying that Jon breached the contract by selling photos to other tabloids, and by stopping filming. They are saying that in 2008 Jon and Kate had signed a contract that they would only let TLC have the photos and that they would not sign any endorsements. Which according to TLC and Discovery Jon is doing.
Jon's attorney says that neither he nor Jon have even been served yet and that they will vigorously defend the allegations. Jon has stated that he is not worried about this for future employment. He has also stated that he will continue in his television carrier. TLC also has said that Kate Plus 8 is indefinitely suspended from airing.
I find this and most of the stories regarding this family to be pretty interesting. Because everyone keeps saying that this is Kate's fault that they are not together because she wanted to continue with the show. Well this story proves that to be wrong look at all the crap that Jon has done for attention. Now he says that he will continue with his television career. Well that is bull.

I think he was just pissed that he got caught cheating on his wife and there was proof so there was no way to lie his way out of it. I think that Jon is as much to blame as Kate. Baby Falls Under Train
Melborne, Austraila- A six-month old baby in a stroller rolled off a platform and into the path of a train. The baby and stroller were dragged 33 yards. Miraculously the baby was okay and received only a scratch on its forehead. The mother had walked onto the platform and stopped. She then had let go of the handle on the stroller and the stroller rolled off the end. The footage shows the mother trying to get to the baby but within seconds of the stroller going over the edge a train pulls into the station.
The baby boy was reunited with his mother and taken to the children's hospital. He was later released. The spokesman for the train operator, John Rees said, "It is truly a miracle that the baby wasn't killed." Channel 7 said that the incident happened just a day after the public launched a campaign warning the dangers of strollers on the platforms.

Gun Toting Soccer Mom and Husband Shot Dead
Melanie Hain and her husband Scott and her husband were both found shot in their home. The police stated that they do not believe that there was another person involved in the incident but they are not saying if it was a murder-suicide. Information from the 911 call shows that it took swat teams over an hour to gain entry into the house. When they got inside they found both husband and wife dead.
The couples three children had taken refugee at a neighbors house while the incident was going on. All three were unharmed. In September 2008 Melanie had gotten a lot of attention when she had toted a loaded gun to a child's soccer game. She had later lost her permit to carry a gun from the sheriff. Melanie's attorney said that about four months ago she had came to him and told him that she and Scott were separating.
I think this is a tragedy on the part of the kids. They are now without parents, and for what reason? Was their lives really so bad that they needed to die? I just don't understand how any parent could be so selfish as to take their own lives when they have children that need them. How can anyone leave their kids behind in the world?
I guess this is hard for me to comprehend. I could never imagine the GOD would give me too much that I would feel the need to leave my kids behind like that. I love my kids more than that. I want to be here for when they have kids, and see them grow up. I guess that I see suicide as a cop out. It is just a way to leave all your problems on someone else's shoulders.

The Gosselins Battle Over the Twins Birthday
Jon and Kate Gosselin are in another battle with each other. They are now fighting over their twins birthday cake! Kate had plans to make the cake from scratch. Jon went out and brought the girls a cake. Kate had told Jon that he could spend two hours with the girls for their birthday but Jon has said that it is still his house and he will spend as much time their as he wants. An attorney has said that he had hoped that the two would be able to come together to put a happy smile on the kids faces for their birthday.
From the looks of things those happy smiles will not happen. Jon says that "she is changing their arrangement because she doesn't want to see him."
I don't think that they will ever be able to come together for the sake of their kids. I think that they are both two selfish people that are using their kids to hurt each other. They are both to blame. She is hateful and rude, Jon is to busy out with whoever he can find to sleep with. I think that they should both grow up and act like adults.

Jurors Hear Mothers Testimony
Miami, FL- Sherrone Jenkins testifies in the trial of the man accused of killing her duaghter on July 1, 2006. Sherdivas was killed on the threshold of her home, she was shot in the neck by an AK-47. Reports said she was literally internally decapitated. The man accused of killing her is Damon "Red Rock" Darling. It is said that he and another man, Leroy Larose were shooting at each other when Sherdivas was shot by a stray bullet. Leroy Larose has pleaded guilty to second degree murder and is said to be testifying in Damon Darling's trial. The first officers on the scene testified that when they arrived on the scene they found Sherdivas in a pool of blood with no signs of life.
The crime scene technicians that were at the scene are said to have pictures of a palm tree that was shot by the same gun and the bullet had went completely threw the palm tree. The retrieved a bullet that was in a car that was shot. They also have spent shell casings from were Damon Darling was said to be shooting from.
This story is very much a tragedy. I can say that I was glad to hear that at least on of the morons that was shooting plead guilty. As for the second moron maybe someone should take him out back and show him what it was that he did to that little girl and for what? To show his behind for a bunch of other morons that he calls his friends. I hope that he gets the death penalty for killing this girl. He does not deserve to breathe the same air as anyone else.
I know that this may sound harsh but someone needs to show these idiots that they cannot go out and play with guns to make their friends like them. Dad in Japan Custody Battle
This story is about a dad named Christopher Savoie, he is sitting in a Japanese jail. He and his former wife, Noriko Savoie divorced the beginning of this year. She had gotten custody of their two children and had told the courts that she would not flee to Japan with the kids. Christopher had taken her back to court in February after Noriko and sent a threatening e-mail to him that she would return to Japan with their children. Noriko repeated told the courts that she would return with the children after their vacation.
Noriko did return to the U.S. after vacation, then returned to Japan. Christopher, was then awarded sole custody of the kids. But, the problem was with the Japanese government. Noriko is seen by the Japanese government as the primary parent. They also do not recognize the court order from the U.S. Christopher went to Japan took the children and was feet away from the border when he was arrested. He is sitting for 10 days in a Japanese jail. While he waits to see what will happen.

Five Illinois Family Members Were Beaten
The family that was found earlier this week is said to have been beaten. The police are not releasing many details about the murders.
The parents, Raymond and Ruth Gee were found along with three children aging from 16 to 11. All had been murdered by blunt force trauma. A fourth child is said to be in critical but stable condition. A task force has been formed to help investigate these murders. They are releasing they are looking for a grey primmered pick up truck that was last seen in the area on Sunday night.
For me this story hits too close to home. Illinois is only about 8 hours from here. The people who did this could be anywhere by now. That is very scary. It is such a tragedy when people do this sort of thing. Whoever it was cannot say that they were mental at the time because you would know what you were doing after you did the first one.
The thought of people like this being near here is terrifying. You never know who you can trust. My heart goes out to the families of these people. I hope that they can find peace in their lives and hopefully the fourth baby lives and they can raise it to know that the parents and siblings love them very much. It is such a tragedy when people do this sort of thing. Whoever it was cannot say that they were mental at the time because you would know what you were doing after you did the first one.
The thought of people like this being near here is terrifying. You never know who you can trust. My heart goes out to the families of these people. I hope that they can find peace in their lives and hopefully the fourth baby lives and they can raise it to know that the parents and siblings love them very much. I wish people would stop all these crimes.
Raped at 8 and Left for Dead
Dickerson, Texas 8-year -old Jennifer Schuett wakes up to a stranger caring her threw a parking lot next to her house. He takes her to a field next to her elementary school and rapes her. He later drags her body threw the field and leaves her there.
She says that she couldn't figure out why when she screamed she couldn't hear her voice. She plays dead as he drags her threw the field. She later recalls hearing children playing. That was when a child tripped over her foot and found her. She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She had laid in the field for 12 hours. Her throat had been cut from ear to ear. The doctors told her that she would never be able to talk again, because her voice box had also been cut. They have yet to find the man who did this to her. Jennifer now feels like that is why she is able to talk now so that she can help to find the man that did this to her.
This story is horrifying! Some freak is still out there doing this to little girls. To think that people have the balls to climb into a window and take a child and then rape them and leave them for dead. That is scary for me, as a mother to a 13 year-old daughter. I don't know what I would do if someone did that to my little girl.

Mother Recalls Night Flood Changed Everything
A young mother from Georgia, Bridget Crawford woke up a little after midnight Monday to a clanking noise. She thought it was coming from the kitchen, when she stepped into the kitchen water covered her feet. As she rushed around the house her husband Craig stepped out of the bedroom. They quickly found that the boys bedroom was covered with water. They got their two boys dressed and called Craig's parents who live up the hill and asked them to come help.
The boys, Preston Slade 2-years-old, and Cooper 1-year-old, were already dressed and ready to go.
Within minutes they felt the trailer shift. Looked outside and watched as their car was swept away. They made a decision to either stay in, let the doors close up and they all drown or jump and fight. Craig then pried open the door and then Bridget who was holding Cooper jumped, Craig who was holding Slade followed. The force of the water slammed Bridget into a tree, she fought to hold onto the tree and her little boy. She yelled for Craig who yelled back from another tree. Bridget yelled, "Where's Slade at?" That was when Craig yelled back that he had lost him. Slade had slipped from his grip when he had jumped and an 18-foot wall of water hit them both. For six hours these parents clung to trees while they waited for people to be able to get to them. It was Monday afternoon before they found Slade's body. Slade's funeral has been planned for Thursday. All that remains of where their trailer was is a satellite dish and children's clothes.
When I read this story I thought how was these parents able to survive this. This is the most horrific thing any parent could ever face. My heart truly goes out to them both. I know they may have a very hard road ahead of them but I hope that they can face that road together. As for the father I hope that he is able to realize that it is not his fault. He did the best that anyone could do when faced with this situation.
This is a very sad moment in time that no one wants to remember but I hope that at sometime on Thursday everyone is able to stop for just one minute to thank the lord for everything that they have and to pray for the little boy named Slade that was tragically killed on Monday. Killer Escaoes on Trip to County Fair
Spokane Washington authorities say that 57-year-old, Phillip Paul escaped during a hospital field trip. Paul is a potentially dangerous mentally ill killer. He was committed after he was acquitted of murder in 1987 by reason of insanity. He murdered an elderly women, soaked her body in gasoline to throw off the dogs, and buried her remains in her flower garden. He reportedly said that the voices in his head told him that she was a witch. He was caught trying to escape four years later and also knocked a deputy unconscious.
Patients must be cleared by a team of six to 12 clinicians, before they are allowed to go on field trips like going to the store, ball games, fairs, and parks. They get to wear street clothes and don't have to all stay together, but staff members have to keep patients within eyesight at all times. Some fair-goers have said that this is wrong, that they are putting people and children at risk.
I think that this is completely insane, to allow people that are locked up to in a mental hospital to be allowed to go out on outings to the fair and ball games. What are these people who say that they can go do these things going to do when someone gets killed? Like this guy he was able to escape from a county fair while they are supposed to be watched. Now they cannot find him and he has already killed once, claiming the voices in his head told him the lady was a witch.
I feel sorry for that woman's family. If it were me I would be throwing a huge fit, that this killer was able to go on an outing knowing that he had tried to escape years before. Rape Accusation "Tramatizing" says Former Suspect
Kevin Taveras, 20 years-old, who was accused of rape with three other young men. The four young men were falsely accused of rape a week ago, by an 18 year-old student of Hofstra University. Police are not releasing the name of the young women who made the accusations. They have not yet said if charges would be filed against her for making the false report. She has been suspended from Hofstra University pending hearings into the matter. Only one of the accused was a student, and as since been allowed to return to campus.
The young women alleged that the four young men had forcibly tied her up and sexually assaulted her. She later changed her story when she was told that parts of the incident were recorded on a cell phone. She then said that it was consensual. One of the four young men stated that he, "was really scared, and that it was like living a nightmare." He says that he "thought he was going to do time for something that he didn't do." Stalin Felipe, another one of the young men accused says, "We respect women. We know how to treat a lady. The thing they said with the rope, that is disgusting."
This story was more than a shock. Why would anyone accuse someone of rape? That makes you wonder who really tells the truth about being raped. I mean if someone were to walk into the police department and say that someone had raped them I would hope that they would investigate those claims. It is people like this young lady that make it hard for people to believe things like this.

I feel that she should also have to follow these laws. She could of ruined these boys lives forever, luckily for them she finally told the truth. Woman Arrested for Assult, Ordered Son, Friends to Attack Child
A Maryland mother, Kimberly Cudanin, 34 years-old was arrested on assault charges after ordering her 16-year-old son, and four of his friends to attack a 14-year-old boy. Kimberly Cudanin ordered her 16-year-old son and his four friends to beat up 14-year-old Malaki Mallory, as a retaliation for attacking her 14-year-old son. Police are still looking for two other suspects.
Kimberly Cudanin allegedly drove the four boys to where Malaki was. The teens and some others at the scene then allegedly beat and stabbed Malaki and three of his friends that were there with him. Cudanin and her son were arrested on first and second degree assault charges. The four other teens face the same charges after being arrested Wednesday. Leo Eads 17; Marvin King 16; James McBride 16; and Malcom Scott 15, are the four boys that were with Cudanin and her son. All of them are being tried as adults. An attempted murder charge is said to most likely be added to whomever stabbed Mallory. The police do not believe that it was Kimberly Cudanin. Malaki Mallory was released from the hospital on Monday.

Sunday School Teacher to Face Death in Child's Killing
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty, for Melissa Huckaby.

Melissa Huckaby, 28, was indicted last month in the death of 8-year-old Sandra Cantu. Sandra was a playmate of Huckaby's daughter. Sandra had disappeared March 27th from the trailer park where she lived with her parents in Tracy, CA. Her body was found in a pond on a dairy farm stuffed into a suitcase. The suitcase in which her body was found, is said to belong to Huckaby. Huckaby admits that the suitcase was hers but that it was stolen.
Huckaby is charged with kidnapping and murdering Sandra, along with lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14, and rape with an instrument. In addition to the charges with Sandra's death, Huckaby is also charged with attempting to poison two people. One of which was a 7-year-old girl. A complaint states that she "did willfully and unlawfully mingle a harmful substance with food or drink" with the intent to harm a child. Huckaby is also charged with child abuse on the girl listed only on the report as "Jane M. Doe". Who also happened to be in Huckaby's "care and custody". The other alleged poisoning victim is listed a Daniel Plowman, but no other information was given. The judge in the case put a gag order on all parties involved in the case.
This story scares me. We are supposed to be able to trust the Sunday school teachers. These people are taking care of our children on Sundays. My children go to church every Sunday and to think that someone in the church could do such a thing is appalling. I know that this is not the first time that someone in a church is accused of doing such evil things, but it is still so scary.
Then to think that somehow she had custody of a child and was trying to poison her. Why? What did she hate about these children that she felt that they need to be offed like they are nothing? This breaks your heart that people can do this. I do not understand these people like this. Plus there are so many people out there that do these type of things to children. You never know who you can trust with your children and now to find out that you cannot even trust there Sunday school teachers.

Women Face Trial For Staged Motel Tryst

Four women are facing a trial for their roles in the sexual assault of a man. Therese Ziemann, Wendy Sewell, Michelle Belliveau and the mans wife, are all facing charges on sexual assault. Cnn news will not released the name of the alleged victim or the alleged victims wife. The alleged victim claims that the Therese told him, when he got to the hotel room, that she wanted to tie him up and give him a rub down. She used bed sheets to tie him up and blind fold him. Then she texted the other women and told them he was tied up. After all the women arrived they asked the man, "who do you love more?" and "who do you want to grow old with?"
Apparently, the man had been having sexual relations with all the women. Therese claims that she met the alleged victim on craigslist, paid for all their hotel rooms, and gave him $3,000. While the man was tied up Therese allegedly asked the victim "can you handle this?" She then super glued his penis to his stomach. The alleged victim claims that then the women took his clothes, wallet, cell phone, and his car and left him there, tied to the bed. He claims that he chewed the sheets until he got them untied and then called for police. All four women are facing charges that include false inprisonment, that can carry a sentence of up to six years in prison.
When I first read this story, I have to admit that I laughed. No, it is not right what they did to him, but at the same time it was not right what he did to them. But, regardless of what he did or did not do with each woman, they had no right to do this to him. There are other was to pay someone back that are not illegal.
This is a funny story no matter how you look at it. But, even though revenge may seem sweet, karma can be even better. Because at least if you wait for the karma to catch up with someone, it is all there own and not illegal. So, he may have been in the wrong for playing with these four women's hearts, they too were in the wrong for handling it the way they did.

Man Shoots Four Family Members, Then Self
A 50-year-old man, Dennis Carter Sr. shot four family members then shot himself.

At around 10:40 on Saturday night in Holden, Louisiana, a 50-year-old man shot his estranged wife, there son, grandson, and their pregnant daughter-in-law, before taking his own life. Dennis' estranged wife, Donna Carter was shot and killed by her husband along with the couples son, Dennis Carter Jr. and their grandson, Mason Carter. Dennis Carter Sr. also shot and critically injured his daughter-in-law Amber Carter. Amber was flown to a Baton Rouge hospital for her injuries. A sixteen month old also in the house was unharmed.
Authorities believe that Amber Carter had attempted to escape with her 2-year-old son Mason, by jumping out of a second story window of the house. Unfortunately, Mason died of injuries suffered from the gunshot wound. Amber had several gunshot wounds. They believe that she was shot in the back as she tried to jump out the second story window. A neighbor told authorities that they had seen Dennis Sr. leaving the house carrying a gun. The police later seen the car matching the description of Dennis' and attempted to pull him over, but he fled and took an exit where he then held his gun to his head and took his own life.
This story is bewildering to me. How could a parent/grandparent even consider to take their child's life and their grandchild? This is hard for me to comprehend. I do not understand this man. I truly wish that he had not taken his own life that way he could of sat everyday and thought about the life's of his family that he took. But at the same time it is hard to not think that he got what he deserved. I do not know and no one ever will know what his wife and family did that was so wrong that he felt he needed to kill them. This story goes to show, with the many others, that protection orders do not really protect everyone from there tormentors.
I think that the only positive thing that came from this was that he did not harm the 16-month old baby. Even though that little child will have to grow up without his father, brother, and maybe his mother, but at least he was spared. I truly hope that Amber lives through this horrific ordeal and is able to care for her child she has left. Hopefully she will be able to live at least a halfway normal life. Although I do not begin to be able to comprehend the nightmares she will face for the rest of her life.

This story is about a 7-year-old little boy who died from injuries suffered in a terrible car crash. Asa Hill a 7-year-old little boy from Buffalo, New York was pulled from a burning car after the car accident on the Niagara Thruway. He had critical injuries that proved later that night to be fatal. His one wish was for his parents to get married.
Asa Hill's dad, Amilcar Hill finally proposed to Asa's mom, Rahwa while he was holding his lifeless son in his arms at the hospital. Asa would ask his parents to finally get married and they always said they would. They just always felt that a wedding was "superficial and not necessary." But with the loss of there son, decided it was the one thing that he wanted. So they made the arrangements at the same time of Asa's funeral. Directly after the funeral it was announced that they would be getting married then. So they had the wedding ceremony in the church with everyone already there.
When I first started to read this story, I thought this is the sickest thing that I have ever heard! How could these two parents think of getting married while they are burying there child? Did they have no feelings at all?
Then I realized that they were carrying out there dead child's final wish. And my feelings about this changed completely. This was the one thing that Asa wanted was for his mom and dad to be married. So they made his wish come true. That is what I think is the most selfless thing any parent could ever do was to be able to put there hurt aside and fulfil there child's wish. I don't know how hard that was for them but I commend them for doing this. Hopefully in there lives together they will never find anymore tragedy like this and have a happy life together with the memory of there special little boy, Asa.

A stranger was arrested after he allegedly slapped a 2-year-old in a wal-mart store. Roger Stephens a 61-year-old man from Stone Mountain, Georgia was arrested Monday after he allegedly slapped a 2-year-old. Stephens had told the mother, "If you don't shut the baby up I will shut her up for you." Stephens is now being held in the Gwinnett County sheriffs department on charges of first-degree cruelty to a child. Police say he hit the child four to five times. Police are also saying that the child's face was slightly red when they arrived. Stephens told the mother after the incident, "See I told you I would shut her up." Then before he was arrested, Stephens apologized to the mother.
When I first read this story, I was horrified that a total stranger would have the nerve to walk up to someone else's child and slap them. This is just so shocking, it is hard to even explain an accurate reaction. Just the thought of this man walking up to this mom and saying anything to her at all about her child is insane. What planet is this man from? My feelings will never change on this. This is ridiculous that a stranger could do such a thing.
I know that it can be hard to listen to a child cry and scream in a store but GET OVER IT!! You should never slap a child in the face let alone a child you do not know. How could this man have the nerve to walk up to this mother, whose child is throwing a fit, and tell her "If you don't shut that baby up, I will shut her up for you." I would probably have slapped that man if he had walked up to me and said that about one of my kids. Then to actually try and apologize before he gets arrested, that is some nerve. I don't even know how else to explain my feelings on this matter. It is just so repulsing to hear of a stranger hitting someone else's child. All because shes crying in a store. It seems like he thinks this never happens with kids. WHATEVER!!
I just hope that this man learns to control his anger issues, because he obviously has them. He needs to take anger mangement classes, along with jail time for laying his hands on a child. As for this mom and child may GOD bless you both. I hope that you both can move forward in your lives and never have to deal with the violence of any strangers ever again. I think that anyone who has children knows how hard it can be to take kids to the store and then have them throw a fit in the middle of the store. But most people just try and ignore it and go about our own shopping.

Two sets of infant remains were found under a trailer in Texas. Other infant remains were found in the same area last year.
The property owner was cleaning a trailer happened to more the skirting and ended up finding a plastic bag with the remains of one infant. He continued to look around and found another set of infant remains. The owner did all this before he called 911.
This same man about a year ago was dumping leaves and found a suitcase with infant remains in it about one year ago.
The people who moved out of the trailer where interviewed but claim they had no idea the remains were there.
I do not understand how human beings can be so cruel. This story turned my stomach to know that someone could be so heartless to an innocent baby, let alone three. I have four kids and I could not imagine something like happening to any of them.
