Anna Nicole Smith Loses Estate

As we all know Anna Nicole Smith died in 2007, from an apparent drug overdose.
Well back in 1994 when she was 26 years old, she had married an 89 year old, named J. Howard Marshall. He was a very rich man with an estate estimated to be in the billions. Well about one year after they married he passed away. His son E. Pierce Marshall has been fighting her tooth and nail over the money.

She claimed that Howard Marshall had promised her half of whatever was earned during their marriage. His son is saying that this is not true and that she was basically a gold digger. They have been in and out of court ever since. Well, I guess they were apparently still waiting on the supreme courts decision on this matter, because three years after she died they finally reached a ruling that she cannot have the money.

I think that this is a bunch of crap. Because for one the son died back in 2006. Then Anna Nicole died in 2007. I don't feel that they have any right now to take that money from her daughter who happens to be her sole heir to everything that she had. I feel that there was someone from the Marshall family that was so mad that they had probably lost a small piece to their trust fund to Anna and was not going to stop until they got it back. It sounds to me like a spoiled little rich brat.

I also think that this just goes to show that how bad and slow our justice system is. This is crazy the two people who were fighting over this died three and four years ago. Now that they are dead they are finally ruling on it. Sounds to me like someone was well paid!!!!
